Meals
Our friendly volunteers deliver hot and frozen meals to Meals on Wheels clients living in Dubbo. Hot meals (main meal or salad in summer, soup, dessert or fruit) are delivered between 11.45am - 1:30pm, Monday - Friday, except on public holidays.
Frozen meals are delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays between 9:30 – 11.30am, except on public holidays.
Frozen meals are a great option for weekends or for having in the freezer for a rainy day. Also available in a mini-meal portion size, they’re perfect for a smaller appetite or lighter meal. Our range also includes frozen sweets, snacks and puree meals.

Transport
Our Dubbo team provide transport services to Meals on Wheels clients within Dubbo township from 9.00am - 3.00pm Monday - Friday, except on public holidays.
This is ideal for attending doctors appointments, to go shopping, or to visit friends for morning tea. All that's required is a quick phone call to book the service.
Social Support
For clients who require mobility assistance, some much needed company or other support, we can provide friendly volunteer help from Monday - Friday between 9.00am - 3.00pm.
Some of the ways we've provided support include: accompanying clients on errands, doing a spot of gardening, having a cup of tea and a chat, and providing assistance with carrying shopping bags, or assisting with mobility during routine appointments.
